William Paterson has worked in the mobile phone industry for over three decades, starting as a canvasser before moving into phone sales, achieving the role of sales director within ten years. In 1998, William was appointed Country Manager for the UK & Ireland for Alcatel, where he experienced phenomenal success – taking Alcatel to the number three handset manufacturer in the UK according to GFK Data. (2005). He has stayed in the industry, and with Alcatel ever since. He is now Country Director for TCL Mobile UK, parent company of Alcatel.
