Tom began his journey with Wellers in 2009 as a trainee. Since then he has been fortunate enough to work with many unique and insightful people, ranging from Anesthetists to Zoologists. Tom helps clients to set up back office, financial systems to record the numbers accurately, and thereby control the performance metrics in their business. As part of this, he also helps to implement strategies that helps to facilitate growth and improve profitability.
