Pete Oliver
Pete Oliver is the Managing Director of SME at BT BT provides communications and IT services to around 1.2 million businesses and public sector organisations in the UK and Republic of Ireland and provides network products and services to more than 1,400 communication providers (CPs) operating in Great Britain. Pete leads the Small & Medium Enterprises team, providing BT and EE services to companies who have between 1 to 100 employees. His previous experience includes leading marketing, commercial and digital teams in BT's Consumer division across mobile, broadband and TV.  Prior to BT, Pete worked for a start-up Internet business and had direct experience of a quickly growing small business. The Girls Day School Trust is the UK's leading network of independent girls' schools with over 3,700 staff and nearly 20,000 students.  Pete has been a trustee since 2018. Pete graduated from Birmingham University with a law degree and later studied a masters degree in Business Telecommunications management at UCL.  He is married with four children.
