Paul Hargreaves is the CEO of Cotswold Fayre and Flourish, and his company was one of the first to certify as a B Corp in the UK in 2015.  The company was the No.1 SME in the 2023 Elite Business Awards and won The SME of the Year in the 2024 edition.  As well as running two award-winning business he speaks at events for other business leaders about sustainability and has written two books: Forces for Good and The Fourth Bottom Line.  Paul launched a podcast in November 2024 probing the inner life of successful business leaders, also called ‘4th Bottom Line’.
