Oliver joined Portico, a specialist provider of high-quality and tailored guest services, in 2015 to lead a new group account and has since gone on to lead some of its largest client locations, having been promoted to Operations Director in 2019. He is a huge advocate for championing culture change throughout the business with a focus on service development, innovation and challenging the status quo.
