Mike Willoughby serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PFSweb, Inc. and oversees investor relations and the overarching strategy of the company. Prior to his promotion to CEO, Mike served as the company's President and Chief Information Officer. He has been instrumental in the acquisition, development, integration, and support of the company's world-class technologies and he continues to have a key role in the architecture of the company's solution and service offerings.
