She was a serial entrepreneur in multiple industries and is now a professional business and life mentor. She founded the Association of Business Mentors (ABM) early on in her mentoring journey to provide a framework for standards and ethics in mentoring in the UK. As well as working with SME’s, she runs practical training for mentors working alongside HR departments building mentoring programmes that are motivational, monitored, and guarantee a return for participants and organisations.
