Kelli Koschmann is Chief People Officer at Showpad. During her career, Kelli has scaled HR to support company growth from $200M to over $700M, successfully integrated acquired companies, prepared companies for IPO, and led a team of 50 members spread across North America, Europe and Asia. Kelli holds a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s of Arts from Augustana College.
