Helen Buckingham is a Chartered Environmental Health Officer, an ex-Director of local authorities and an ex-Whitehall regulatory policy wonk.  She's currently a Regulatory Consultant who works for government departments, business organisations and local authorities.  Through her business, OneResolution, Helen helps regulators to do what they do in the best way possible and she helps businesses on the receiving end understand what's expected of them, using her unique style to cut through the waffle and inspire change.
