Elaine Cox is an honorary research fellow at Oxford Brookes University and has written many journal articles and book chapters. She has a PhD from Lancaster University and is the author of several books including, Coaching Understood (SAGE), and co-edits The Complete Handbook of Coaching (SAGE, now in 4th edition).  Elaine is the founding editor of the open access, peer reviewed International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring. She also recently edited and published her late Aunt’s memoir, We Learnt About Hitler at the Mickey Mouse Club (published by Icon Books).
