Dr Evelyn Oginni is a Lecturer in People Management at the University of Salford. Originally from Nigeria, she completed her PhD at Salford before transitioning into a full-time academic role after working as an hourly-paid lecturer. Her expertise spans human resource management, gender studies, and equity, diversity and inclusion. Her current research focuses on organisational support for women in academia and the work–life balance of female academics.
