Daniel is a Senior People Scientist for the EMEA region of Culture Amp, an employee experience platform. He has a Bachelors in Psychology and an MSc in Organisational Psychology. Daniel has spent the last 15+ years working and leading people & talent teams, mostly scaling start-ups in the UK, Europe and US, across iGaming, tech, healthcare and food. Daniel’s main areas of interests are people & culture, employee experience, talent, career development, data and organisational design.
