Ben is a lawyer at The Legal Director. He has over 15 years' experience in-house at leading energy and engineering companies AMEC and SPIE/Dalkia (part of EDF), being a trusted advisor to the Executive team, most recently as a Director, and leading a business-focused and commercial in-house team, prioritising on strategy, governance, commercial, risk and compliance. He has extensive areas of expertise, including Crisis Management, Contracts and Commercial Law.
