Atholl Duncan is the Chair of leadership development and technology business Black Isle Group.  He is an Insead executive coach and the author of Leaders in Lockdown which was nominated for Business Book of the Year in 2021.  He is an experienced non-executive director and chairs various organisations including UK Coaching and Salmon Scotland.
