Anne Kiem is Executive Chair of the Small Business Charter and Chief Executive of the Chartered Association of Business Schools. Anne was formerly Chief Executive of the Institute of Financial Services where she led on strategic development, implementation and the establishment of the Institute's relationships with government and business. Anne has extensive experience of business, educational and non-profit sectors.
