England’s women business leaders celebrate at annual ceremony in Gloucestershire

There was double delight for Rebecca at the acclaimed Women’s Business Club event.

On a day of celebration for the business women of England, Rebecca Dickson enjoyed double recognition at this year’s SME awards’ ceremony in Cheltenham.

Rebecca, who owns Eco Foundry Ltd of Sevenoaks, was recognised in two of the nine prestigious categories at the 2022 England Women’s Business SME Awards’ which was held earlier this month. She won the C-Suite award, while also being named first runner-up in the category titled Sustainability.

The Women’s Business Club, which was founded by Angela de Souza and is now in its 10th year, continues to go from strength to strength, and this year’s gathering at Cheltenham’s Pittville Pump Room was sponsored by eToro.

The annual conference and awards’ ceremony is the highlight of The Women’s Business Club year and its chief executive paid tribute to the quality of those who took part in the 2022 event. Angela said: “There is nothing quite like celebrating the accomplishments of our businesswomen. The calibre of the entries was extremely high, making the judges’ decisions really tough.

“Although only one woman could win in each category, we feel that every single woman who entered is a winner: She is still standing, she is still determined to succeed and she still has hope for the future. This is a winning attitude indeed. I am so proud of all the businesswomen who have been through these past tough years and come out on top.”
