Trustist started life as a reviews business with the aim of driving more traffic to our clients’ websites and ultimately helping them to generate more sales.
Over the last 10 years the product has grown exponentially and we’re proud to serve over 15,000 businesses, offering a unique product that never fails to increase web traffic from Google – all whilst making life much easier for our clients and helping them to collect reviews!
The Trustist widgets allow clients to display the aggregated review count and rating score for their business, with reviews included from all of their active review sites.
This code also causes Google to display stars and the aggregated review score in the organic Google search results, which has enabled some of our clients to generate an uplift of clicks of as much as 1,000%. Typically, clients will usually see an increase of 80-100%.
In early 2023, Trustist launched a revolutionary FinTech product – TrustistTransfer – which allows users to take payment from their customers quickly and with much lower transaction fees by utilising Open Banking. Building on this success, we then developed instantdebit. instantdebit’s fees are industry-low and in proof of concept testing, have been reduced to payments taking one second, providing our unique selling point. As standard, instantdebit comes preloaded on payment terminals, allowing businesses to use instantdebit in stores to take payments. These terminals are designed to improve on existing card industry processes and specifically to improve on speed, cost and accessibility of payments.
Most traditional card merchants charge around 1.6 – 4.5% per transaction – our products are breaking the mould with transaction fees as low as 0.29%!
