EXCELLENCE. The team engage in market-leading levels of quality CPD, with three members of the team completing Masters studies, leading to Chartered Manager Status this year. They are qualified, informed and educated, engaging with clients with curious, open minds. This helps them better understand client needs so they can come up with innovative, approporriate risk management solutions.
INTEGRITY. The award of the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Building Public Trust in Insurance 2021 title recognised the work of the Talbot Jones team in building well-founded trust. In 2022 they were recognised as one of 5 companies in the insurance industry standing out for their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices.
