For the past 10 years, we have been focussed on helping established businesses who are in the adolescent stage of growth develop into larger operations. Generally speaking, these businesses have been working using basic spreadsheets, not employing staff, and now need to have a more structured business model to facilitate their growth.
We work with them to create structure with regards to financial, people management, IT systems and complex business plans for funding. We coach and help the business owners and work together with them until the solution is implemented into the business. This enables the business owners to focus on building the business further, namely through more networking and sales.
