Kid-A is a disruptive consultancy business working within the telecommunications sector. Based in Winchester UK, with over 50 years of telecoms experience, Kid-A help solve problems, drive performance and give a healthy dose of sound and colour into everything they do.
Optimistic, diverse, free thinking, creative and disciplined, Kid-A want to be the best of the best in order to deliver an incredible social experience whilst being neutral with their collective impact on the planet and on our species. They also love music, movies & pop culture. Named after the seminal fourth record by Radiohead, they wanted to emulate the Avant Garde, leftism and logic defying nature of what could be done and bring difference to the sector.
Setup in 2019 by Co-Founders Adam Toms and Andy Silcock, the business grew rapidly within its sector making some significant noise. Within their short journey, they are a certified B Corp, Social Enterprise and were ranked 16th in the most inspiring workplaces in EMEA 2022 as well as attracting other awards and accolades that underpin their drive to be a recognised force for good.
