We use complex algorithms that quickly shortlist the quality candidates from the large number of application responses. In addition to this technology we have in house consultants who talk to every shortlisted candidate. The consultant’s role is to ensure that every candidate we recommend is a perfect fit for our clients. Our target is to get 10,000 IT recruiters on our platform in next few months.
