Investing in your future

To launch your property business, the typical set-up costs are c£90,000 including VAT. This also includes our franchise fee of £18,500 + VAT and £15,000 working capital. Due to the success of our franchise, the major high street banks will lend up to 70% of the cost of the franchise depending on your personal circumstances.
