Vicki Field is HR director at GP clinic, London Doctors Clinic. Field has 20 years’ experience in HR. Starting her career with Vodafone, she moved to Accenture in an inhouse HR role, before joining PruHealth which is now rebranded to Vitality. She also supported the launch of Vitality Life. She is now HRD of London Doctors Clinic which offers private GP services to corporates and individuals through face to face and video services.
