Stuart Miller is Director of Product Compliance at Xero. In his role, Stuart makes sure all Xero products are aligned and compliant with current and proposed legislation in the UK. A key part of this is regularly engaging with regulatory bodies like HMRC. He's passionate about supporting small businesses, accountants and the wider industry to adapt and prepare for major changes to the tax system like MTD. He was elected to the General Council of BASDA, the trade body that gives a collective voice to UK software vendors at some of the highest points of UK government policy - using this as a platform to advocate on behalf of small business and accountants.
