Neil McLeese is CEO of BeyondHR, an HR consultancy service. He started his career in HR with a corporate wear manufacturer before moving to builder’s merchant, JP Corry, in 2005. In this role, Neil held HR responsibility for the firm’s 18 branches across the Island of Ireland. In 2012 Neil joined Personnel & Training Services as an HR Consultant, supporting clients with HR consultancy services. Neil’s experience is underpinned by a BA degree in HR Management, a postgraduate diploma in HR Management, NEBOSH General Certificate as well as membership of the CIPD.
