Neal is responsible for understanding customer and market needs, translating them into relevant propositions and roadmaps that lead to the development of innovative cloud-based solutions. He leads the creation of product roadmaps, release schedules, delivery, launch and GTM plans, which enable Regional Managing Directors to execute win plans resulting in new customer acquisition, customer retention and in life expansion.
