Natasha Letchford is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Schools teams at Wilsons Solicitors. She supports a variety of employer clients on issues including managing absences, disciplinaries and grievances and employment documentation such as contracts and handbooks. Natasha has experience of supporting clients with employment tribunal claims and in advising employees on settlement agreements. She has developed an expertise in data protection law, particularly the GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018 and regularly advises clients on data protection issues in the employment context.
