Louis has worked in the business travel and hospitality industry since 1988, with roles at Marriott and Crowne Plaza before moving into publishing and events. He joined The BTN Group in 2010 as publisher before rising to EVP. The BTN Group produces over forty annual conferences, events and tradeshows including Business Travel Show Europe, which takes place 28-29 June 2023 at ExCeL, London.
