Josh Toovey is head of policy and research at IPSE, the UK's self-employed association. He leads IPSE's engagement with government on the issues that matter most to the self-employed, from IR35 to employment status, and sits on the government's Small Business Regulatory Taskforce. His work has helped shape policy that makes a difference to the self-employed, including campaigning for stricter legal limits on payment terms and tougher enforcement against late payers.
