Joseph Valente was the winner of the BBC TV show The Apprentice in 2015 and entered a 50-50 partnership with Lord Sugar.  Valente bought back Lord Sugar’s shares in 2017 and regained 100% of his business ImpraGas which he later sold. His bestselling book “Expelled from the Classroom to Billionaire Boardroom” received rave reviews and reached was an overnight best seller. In 2018, Forbes recognised Valente in their Forbes 30 under 30 list.

In 2020 Joseph founded Trade Mastermind, a dedicated construction coach and sole traders mentorship and training programme helping to take trades business to six and seven figures enterprises.

Through The Trade Mastermind & Coaching Academy, Joseph wants to help one-man bands, sole traders, and SMEs in the construction and trades industries to establish a strong footing in the industry and learn how to grow their business and get off the tools.
