Joe Fitzsimons is Regional Lead, Policy and Insights (EEMA & UK) at ACCA, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He oversees ACCA’s policy work across Europe, Eurasia, the Americas, the Middle East and the UK, with a focus on SME support, tax, education and skills, and EDI. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from London South Bank University and an Executive MBA from Nottingham Trent University.
