Jim Meadows, is an experienced strategist with 10 years experience in social media and branded content. After achieving an MA in scriptwriting and creating a couple of award-winning short films with the likes of Joe Gilgun, Jim shifted his focus to social media content advancing to a senior manager within Virgin Media's in-house team before transitioning to the agency side. Here he worked across brands such as Redbull and British Red Cross, later co-founding specialist agency Commit driving longterm influencer and UGC strategy for global consumer brands including Seagate Technology. His previous research has been presented in leading publications such as The Spectator, Observer, and The Times' Raconteur.  As Takumi's Chief Strategy Officer, Jim is leading the new creative, data and insights practice - Takumi X. Takumi X is Takumi's creator-first approach to influencer marketing enabling brands to work more closely than ever before with creators to produce innovative and culturally relevant content.
