Halli is an Iceland-born tech and gaming expert who was CEO of what started as Outso, a full-service outsourcing videogame company and what became Lockwood, a massively successful independent game studio and developer of Avakin Life. Before founding the company, Halli worked on several AAA titles published by Sony, EA, and Sega. Halli has also been a Director of TIGA, the non-profit trade association representing the UK's games industry for almost a decade.
