Head of Corporate & Commercial, Dragon Argent Freddie is a trained and qualified corporate and commercial solicitor with extensive experience advising corporates and investment trusts on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and equity finance transactions. She has been involved in some of the most complex and high-profile multi-jurisdictional transactions over the last few years. Freddie heads up our corporate and commercial team acting on a wide range of matters and advises clients across a variety of industries including fintech, NFTs, SaaS, luxury goods, healthcare, the environment and consumer goods and services. Outside of work Freddie can be found volunteering for CLAPA and flying high training in Aerial Silks.
