Dean Tollman is CEO of Vital Group Holdings, leading a portfolio of businesses including for the last 12 years as CEO of Vital Innovations, which own Vital Baby, one of the only remaining family-run firms in the baby products space. Prior to this, Dean has served in sales, marketing, branding and development roles within Vital Innovations over the last 24 years.
