Having worked for 13 years as a business journalist, Cathy Hayward realised that there was a gap in the market for good PRs. Not one to rest on her laurels, she set up her own PR agency in 2011. The award-winning specialist B2B communications, public relations and content agency now plans to hit over £1m turnover in the next year.
