Cassandra MacDonald is Dean of the School of Technology at BPP University and Managing Director at Estio Training. Cassandra joined BPP in 2019 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of delivery in the School of Technology. Cassandra has worked in the further education sector for over 20 years and has held a number of executive positions throughout her career in operations, product development, client solutions, change management, strategy and integration. She is passionate about growing and leading teams through challenging times, improving business performance, with a key focus on commercial and strategic mindset.
