Benjamin has over 13 years’ experience of debt recovery at Weightmans. His primary workload focuses on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious contractual disputes, acting on behalf of public bodies, corporate and individual clients, with extensive experience advising and litigating Consumer Credit Act Agreements, having acted on behalf of a number of financial institutions since 2009. Whilst also having extensive experience in unjust enrichment claims, Benjamin provides operational management for the national insolvency and recoveries team.
