Amaya Souarez joined Sage in June, 2021 as Executive Vice President, Cloud Operations. She leads the global cloud operations teams for Sage, responsible for scaling the global cloud footprint and ensuring ‘always on’ availability of all Sage cloud products.

 

Souarez is a senior technology leader, with more than twenty-five years’ experience in Datacentre and Cloud infrastructure operations. She has deep knowledge and experience on designing for scale and resiliency, having been a key member of the infrastructure team at Microsoft responsible for building and scaling the cloud platform.
