We are proud to announce that the Elite Business 100 (EB100) Awards once again shone a spotlight on the UK’s most innovative and ambitious SMEs. Held on 12 March 2025 at the prestigious Leonardo Royal Hotel, St Paul’s, London, the evening brought together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and business trailblazers to celebrate the resilience, growth, and success of the nation’s top small and medium-sized enterprises.
With the UK’s entrepreneurial landscape continuing to evolve, the EB100 Awards remain a celebration of perseverance and resilience, recognising the determination and effort businesses have shown in driving economic development and smashing boundaries. The 2025 league table was made up of an incredibly strong roster, highlighting companies that have demonstrated superior leadership, strategic foresight, and long-term growth.

In addition to the Elite Business 100 league table, several companies received Elite Business Additional Awards for outstanding contributions in key fields:

- British Business Bank Start-Up of the Year Award: Format-3– Awarded to a fast-growing business that has been trading for a minimum of 18 months but no longer than three years, showcasing outstanding early-stage success and strong performance across all criteria.

- Vistage SME Leadership of the Year Award: Must Have Ideas– Recognising exceptional leadership within the SME sector, this award honours a leader who has demonstrated vision, influence, and a lasting impact on the business community.
- Moneypenny Customer Service of the Year Award: Salad Money – Celebrating businesses that excel in customer service, this award acknowledges organisations that go above and beyond to deliver seamless, innovative, and customer-centric experiences.
- Cisco Innovation of the Year Award: AY&J Solicitors– Recognising SMEs that have demonstrated industry-leading innovation, implementing new technologies or processes with impressive results over the past year.
- EB100 Diversity & Inclusion of the Year Award: Laceeze– Celebrating organisations that have shown outstanding dedication to enhancing equality, diversity, and inclusion within their workplace and wider community.
- Howden Rising Star of the Year Award: Ada Digital – Awarded to the business that has climbed the most places from the year before. The highest scored and represented ‘Rising Star’
- EB100 Highest New Entry of the Year Award: Fleximize – Awarded to the business that has never entered the EB100 Awards previously and has ranked at the highest entry of all new entries to the Awards.
- Enterprise Lifetime Achievement of the Year Award: Kanya King– Awarded to an individual who has made a lasting impact on both society and the business world by driving innovation, supporting SMEs, and empowering future entrepreneurs.
