Why having more orgasms can boost your employees’ productivity

Climaxing in bed isn’t just good for you but for your business too. In fact, LELO UK’s new research reveals the UK economy could jump by £90bn if people were more sexually satisfied

Why having more orgasms can boost your employees’ productivity

You should make your employees orgasm more. While the suggestion may sound like you’re opening yourself up to a lawsuit, it’s not as odd as it might appear. Indeed, new research reveals that sexual satisfaction could see your profits soar.

Having surveyed 2,006 adults, LELO UK, the sex and intimacy brand, found that  94% of the people being surveyed said the happier they were, the more productive at work they were. In fact, their productivity could jump by between 10% and 20% on average. Unsurprisingly, 78% surveyed said that orgasms are certain to put a smile on their face and 66% said they feel more productive after having climaxed.

Not only could this spell out great news for individual companies but could also be great for the economy. A 10% rise in productivity and could mean each employee potentially making £129.13 more per week. If you add that up together, which LELO UK did, it could add up to £90bn to the economy.

This isn’t the only link between sexual wellbeing and financial gain that has been made recently. For instance, founders are actively proving this point by launching sextech startups around the world. Their success has not only brought joy to thousands of people but has also encouraged more VCs to start investing in the sector. Similarly, several niche dating app developers have demonstrated that helping people find a romantic partner makes perfect business sense. Elsewhere, office romances have also been reported to add smiles to employees’ faces. In other words, ensuring more workers climax makes sound business sense.

And LELO UK is practising what it preaches, as Rachael Nsofor, spokesperson from the company, explained: “Being sexually fulfilled and satisfied is something that we at LELO UK feel is a basic human right and it’s completely free. As a result of this research, we’re delighted to introduce a new initiative where we are offering our UK employees the opportunity to take up to four days a year as a self love day. We hope our UK staff use them to do whatever they want to explore their happiness and what makes them tick with the hope that they’ll come to work the next day with a spring in their step and be as productive as possible.”

While we’re all for more entrepreneurs encouraging their employees to explore the things that boost their mental wellbeing, you better ensure you do it without nurturing a sexist and seedy work environment where your staff feels uneasy. But if you can do that, then this report should give you ample reason to have a bit more fun in the bedroom.
