From Facebook and Google to Time magazine and WordPress, well-funded universities can foster the best conditions for entrepreneurs to chalk up groundbreaking ideas in their dormitories. And with British universities only receiving £3,587 per student, it seems the UK has a long way to go before it even makes the top ten.
