With over three decades of experience in tv presenting, media and business Arti Halai specialises in empowering individuals with confident communication skills. An Executive Coach and trainer she has impacted thousands of professionals in the UK and abroad.
For fifteen years, Arti worked as a television presenter, reporter and producer for the likes of the BBC and the UK’s largest commercial station, ITV. She covered major global events like the untimely death of Diana, Princess of Wales, the 911 tragedy and General Elections. For eight years she fronted ITV’s news across the Midlands, Central News.
She recognised the skills she had honed in story-telling, questioning, delivering succinct messages and working to tight deadlines would be valuable in the world of business.
As an entrepreneur and investor, Arti co-founded two successful companies in a recession. Fleet Street Communications (a PR agency) and Grin Consultancy (a digital design agency) grew parallel, both were profitable, achieved seven figure growth and worked with global brands. After ten years, she successfully exited both businesses as they did management buyouts in 2022.
Arti does keynote speeches and comperes conferences, award ceremonies, fundraisers and chairs panel discussions and forums. She has presented events at prestigious venues like the House of Lords and before audiences of up to 20,000 people.
Arti’s clients span across diverse sectors and include FTSE 100, 250, SME, entrepreneurs and startups as well as not for profit organisations. She has worked directly with Diageo, Aljazeera, Twentieth Century Fox, Vistage International, Institute of Directors, Virgin Trains, Henley Business School, UK Hospitality, Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Life Saving Society…
Arti has held previous board positions as a board director, trustee, NED, and governor.

Arti is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, has a Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring (Institute of Leadership and Management) and BA (hons) Social Policy from the University of Sussex. She has an EdX certificate on Managing Happiness from HarvardX.
