de Novo Solutions shortlisted for Welsh awards final

Headquartered in Langstone, Newport, de Novo Solutions helps public and private sector clients to optimise HR, Finance, Procurement and Payroll functions through innovative Oracle Cloud solutions.

Meanwhile, nominations for these ‘national awards of Wales’ come from members of the public and are judged by an expert panel of past winners and high-profile senior figures. Winners, selected by First Minister Eluned Morgan, will be announced on Thursday 26th February.

Mark Sweeny, de Novo’s Group CEO, said: “Wales has been de Novo’s home since we launched in 2021, and despite our expansion into England and India, our headquarters remain in Langstone, Newport. We actively support the local economy, tech sector and community; for example: our Graduate and Apprenticeship Scheme, run in partnership with the Welsh Government and University of South Wales, launches young people into tech careers, while our Next Gen Scheme builds essential life skills. We also sponsor local grassroots football teams, and support the National Search and Rescue Dog Association (SARDA Wales).

“Reaching the finals of an award which celebrates the achievements of Welsh people and organisations – especially one which is voted for by the public – is a huge honour and we are delighted to be among cultural icons like actor Luke Evans, entertainer Max Boyce and Olympic boxing champion Lauren Price MBE.”

de Novo Solutions leads digital innovation within the experience economy, delivering solutions including ‘Odyssea™’industry cloud solutions, , ‘Value as a Service™ [VaaS™]’ managed services , and ‘Testing as a Service™ [TaaS™]’, for Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow.
