NCM Auctions

Global surplus asset recovery and site exit specialist transforming operational change into revenue, delivering structured, end-to-end programmes that convert cost into capital.

NCM Auctions is a global surplus asset recovery and site exit specialist, founded in 2012 by Emma McSkelly.

We don’t deliver cost-neutral programmes, we turn operational change into profit.

Where others see disposal costs, we uncover value. NCM transforms surplus assets, closures, relocations and infrastructure change into revenue-generating opportunities, consistently returning six to seven times more to the bottom line than anticipated.

What began as a specialist auction house has evolved into a fully integrated, one-stop solution operating globally with disposal programmes throughout the UK, Europe, Australia and Africa. Today, we take complete operational responsibility for site transitions from asset audit, valuation and disposal strategy to project management, health & safety compliance, decommissioning, relocation, scrap recovery and even demolition.

All delivered under one roof. One partner. One accountable team.

We manage more than 150 projects each year across multiple sectors, supporting global organisations including Aston Martin, X (formerly Twitter), HelloFresh, Frasers Group, CBRE, Saint Gobain, Claridge’s Hotel, Waitrose, Sunbelt, Speedy Hire and UK Government Bodies.

Our clients don’t just exit sites efficiently; they generate unexpected revenue while we assume the operational risk and deliver on time.

NCM provides a service many organisations don’t realise exists: a commercially driven, end-to-end asset recovery partner that converts cost into capital.

We don’t just auction assets.

We unlock value others leave behind
