HAD & CO is an architectural practice based in Burnley, Blackburn, and Manchester, founded by school friends Saira Hussain and Nixie Edwards. Growing up in Burnley, they shared a passion for architecture and faced the challenges of a male-dominated industry.
This journey has been marked by resilience and ambition, inspiring the practice to create an inclusive space that celebrates diversity in architecture while challenging the status quo. HAD & CO focuses on innovative, sustainable designs that resonate with the needs and aspirations of local communities.
HAD & CO have recently been working on newbuilds in Manchester and a number of HMO conversion projects throughout the North West.
