Placement Staffing Group was born in February 2022 with the mission to create positive change and redefine temporary recruitment in the healthcare and education sectors. We are passionate about our people and fully appreciate our people are what makes Placement Staffing Group stand out.
We are an extension of support with the purpose of providing quality, compliant individuals to support those clients in need. In almost two years of trading we have built up a base of exceptional agency workers and a loyal client base who appreciate we want to work with them long term.
Placement Staffing Group was created by Welsh business woman Monique Davies with the vision that there had to be a better way for clients and for agency workers. Our team are treated with the upmost respect and rewarded with bonus incentives for shifts worked as an appreciation of their efforts.
Our clients are charged a fair rate and set fair terms in order to help support their recruitment challenges.
We support our local community as we are proud of our Welsh roots and sponsor several grassroots children’s football teams and children’s rugby teams. We champion boosting our local economy.
